zCenter supports multiple administrator roles intended to facilitate the provision and delivery of services.
Service Admins are responsible for managing parameters that have system-wide scope and affect all tenants. This includes management of zCenter high availability settings, SMTP for email notifications, and settings for disk space management. Service Admins are also able to create and delete customer tenants, and have full access across all tenants.
Customer Admins manage an individual customer tenant, including identity providers, Application Profiles, and onboarding/offboarding endpoints.
Project Admins are restricted to managing specific Application Profiles.
Security Admins manage security controls for specific Application Profiles.
Administrators can be created, managed, and deleted from the Advanced Management View (ADV > Portal Management > Admin Users). For more information on this process, see Managing zCenter administrators
