Adding licenses
You can automatically upgrade your subscription through the billing portal to add user or server licenses or subscribe to Gateway Proxies at any time during your subscription period. Newly added licenses will renew on the same schedule as your regular subscription, and you will be charged a pro-rated rate, depending on when in your billing cycle you added new features or licenses.
Removing licenses
You may reduce your license count or unsubscribe from Gateway Proxy features only at the end of your subscription period (monthly or yearly, depending on which plan you have chosen).
To reduce your license count or unsubscribe from services, please send a request to air-support@zentera.net prior to your subscription renewal date.
Changing your service tier
You may upgrade your service tier (e.g. from Advanced to Ultimate) at any time, but may only downgrade your service tier (e.g. from Ultimate to Advanced) at the end of your subscription period.
To make changes to your service tier, please send a request to air-support@zentera.net prior to your subscription renewal period.
